Length of the Outage: ~5 hours

*Details/Specifics of Change: The NOAA-19 SBUV was not producing data for ~5 hours from 17:56 UTC to ~23:20 UTC due
to being left in the “Giant Step” configuration for an extended period of time. The Giant Step is
normally executed once per day to reduce instrument error, however because the commands in
the stored command load that return the instrument to its normal configuration were not executed
properly, the SBUV was left in the “Giant Step” configuration for ~5 hours. The instrument was
commanded back to its normal configuration at ~23:20 UTC.
