Update #2: Revs 21490, 21491, 21492 and 21493 were impacted by the maintenance activity but they were successfully recovered a half-orbit later after each Rev at Svalbard. No data loss - just a half-orbit data latency for each Rev.

McMurdo Black Island planned outage/maintenance ended 0700z. SMD data for McMurdo rev 21493 was received.
