Details/Specifics of Change: Hawaii 3 LEO Ground Station located at the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station is not receiving pass solution data. The LUT vendor has been contacted and is dispatching a technician to the location. 


Impact: Minor-Dual satellite tracking capability lost. Distress alert detection/reporting may be delayed.
