Details/Specifics of Change:  During N20 McMurdo contact contact # 22342 , no SMD data was received, GSE has been called for this second occurrence of missing data at McMurdo in succession. During the upcoming N20 SVL contact  contact # 22343 , all of the missing SMD data is expected to be recovered.
