Date/Time Issued: April 7, 2022 2220Z (JDAY 097)

Product(s) or Data Impacted:  VDI Broker Recycling will result in users being kicked off the VDI session.

Date/Time of Initial Impact: April 8, 2022 12:00Z (JDAY 098)

Date/Time of Expected End: April 8, 2022 19:00Z (JDAY 098)

Length of Outage: 10 minutes per device

Details/Specifics of Change: Per WR-162961, updates to the NSOF and CBU Firepower host will be performed on Friday, April 8th during normal business hours. Minimal to no impact is expected, however, the configuration changes can be performed during back orbits in the event that the change in the device time interrupts traffic traversing the firewalls. This activity will be coordinated and performed during back orbits. The only operational impact expected is that if a user is logged into a VDI session when the reboots are performed, they will be kicked off of the VDI session, requiring the user to log back in.  For additional information, please reference the Situational Awareness memo NSOF-A Security Certificate Replacement Activities 040522_040822 which was sent out on Tuesday, April 5th.
