Details/Specifics of Change: GOES-16 ABI L1b Band 11 and derived products All Scenes delivered to AWIPS, GRB, PDA. Band 11 striping, due to a bad detector. An engineering fix to resolve the striping is currently in work. Suspected Source of Anomaly is the Satellite/Instrument.
