Update #1: ESPC reports that dmsp ssmi/s data started being received at 1846Z on January 10, 2023. Data started with F-18 Br 68234 (McMurdo data) and continued to F-18 Rev. 68243 scheduled at 2058Z 
scheduled for 0647Z. Afterward that DMSP data has been received intermittently. Problem still being investigated.

Details/Specifics of Change: ESPC stopped receiving DMSP SSMI/S data from FNMOC Monterey. Call was placed to FNMOC, they report frequent power outages, that may be causing disruption for distribution of data to ESPC. Problem is being investigated by both FNMOC and ESPC.
