Update #1: The PDA Support team has implemented a permanent workaround to mitigate the intermittent outage. The PDA environment appears to be operating nominally and the team will be monitoring closely going forward.

Details/Specifics of Change:  The ESPC PDA system is experiencing an intermittent interruption to numerous products that has been associated with Windows patching that took place last week. During research of the issue it has been discovered that the issue originated on or about Friday January 06, 2023. A manual process is in place to identify and correct the issue and the PDA Support team is also developing a more permanent workaround to correct the problem. An update will be provided at the end of the business day or after resolution, whichever comes first.
