Details/Specifics of Change: An NWAVE outage at the NCWCP caused delays transferring data from NCEP to OSPO. The most critical data was the GFS data; OSPO received no data for either the 00z or 06Z model runs until about 1330Z. This in turn affected a number of products, including, but not necessarily limited to, Global SST, ACSPO, GHE, and ASCAT. Data did start coming in around 1330Z, but engineers warn us that further outages today are possible.
