Details/Specifics of Change: Guam 4 LEO Ground Stations in Guam is not sending all the pass solution data that is expected. The maintenance vendor has reported an antenna motor issue. They are working to replace the motor.

Impact: Minor-Dual satellite tracking capability lost. Distress alert detection/reporting may be delayed.
