Details/Specifics of Change: OSPO/OSGS is working on migration of Blended Hydro applications to NESDIS Common CLOUD Framework(NCCF). After the NCCF migration, 

OSPO will retire the Blended Hydro Mcidas products on the OSPO Mcidas server. 

The Blended Hydro Mcidas products on OSPO Mcidas server are:

   PLR/BLTPW_GPS 

   PLR/BLTPW_PCT

   PLR/BLRR

OSPO will continue to provide Blended Hydro products(bRR and bTPW) in NetCDF format to users.
