Details/Specifics of Change: On February 22, 2023 at 17:30:00Z, S-NPP will perform a 2.0 second propulsive Drag Make-up Maneuver (DMU) to maintain the Repeating Ground Track box.

 

The following observatory systems will be affected on February 22, 2023:

 

17:04:00Z – 19:11:04z   CERES in Contam-Safe mode, science data will not be available

17:14:00Z – 17:41:06z   OMPS in Decon mode, Science data will not be available

17:19:00Z – 17:42:05z   HRD will be off, data for direct broadcast users will be unavailable.

17:24:00Z – 17:32:04z   S-NPP in Control Frame 2 (DMU) (Delta-V Control Frame)

17:24:00Z – 17:37:04z   S-NPP pointing off-nadir, collected data during that time period may be impacted and not disseminated.
