Details: **UPDATE** Closing outage, we recovered all data on REV 59011.

Rev 59010. SGE allocated for SMD on this contact did not stay locked during SMD dump, resulting in no received SMD. KSAT reported no visible issues on their end so far but we believe it could be the same issue that affected us earlier. All data should be recovered on the next NPP contact.
