| Detail: | Reoccurrence of HIRS filter wheel stall on 17/03/2023 17:30 UTC. This anomaly is affecting the HIRS instrument on-board Metop-B. Metop-B HIRS L1B and ATOVS L2 products are non-usable and are therefore are no longer being disseminated. Attempts to correct the anomaly by rocking the filter wheel have resumed (it previously took 2 years before fixing the anomaly so there are no expectations or a predicted timeframe for success.) |
