Details/Specifics of Change:

The ATMS science team updated the NOAA-21 ATMS processing coefficient table (PCT) to improve the ATMS TDR/SDR and BUFR products. 

The scientific changes include 1) beam pointing angles updates; 2) cold bias correction coefficient updates; 3) NOAA-21 reflector emissivity updates; and 4) TDR-to-SDR conversion coefficient updates.

Please note: This upgrade will not be performed during Critical Weather Day (CWD).

Also, the contents of this release are subject to change based on user readiness, customer feedback, and management approval.
