Details/Specifics of Change:  Alaska 3 LEO Ground Station in Fairbanks, AK is not receiving expected pass solution data. The maintenance vendor is investigating this issue.

Impact: Medium - Missed pass vulnerability to other ground station sites being down significantly increased. LEOSAR distress alert detection/reporting may be delayed. GEOSAR and MEOSAR are operating nominally.
