Details/Specifics of Change:  The PDA NSOF OPS site will perform a planned Load Balancer configuration change to enhance SFTP communications with External users. No interruptions to communications are expected during this activity, although unexpected anomalies are possible. The PDA Support team will be monitoring the environment to quickly act on and remediate any issues that occur.
