Update #2: The network connection for NOAA-20, NOAA-21, S-NPP and GCOM-W Svalbard downlinks was restored at 14:35 UTC on September 15th, 2023. All delayed S-NPP and GCOM-W data has been recovered.

Update #1:  A partial network outage starting at 2215Z on September 14th impacting GCOM, S-NPP, NOAA-20 and NOAA-21 Svalbard downlink remains ongoing of which delays the transmission of ascending orbit (e.g. South Pole to North Pole) Science Mission Data (SMD). All N20/N21 data will be delayed until McM supports. NPP/GCOM will not receive any data until after 1000Z. An additional update will be sent when the issue at Svalbard is resolved.

Details/Specifics of Change: Due to a ground issue, N20 rev 30172 was missed and N21 rev 4380 will be missed. N20 Data will be recovered on the following McM pass and  N21 Data will be recovered on the following McM pass. As this issue is ongoing, an additional update will be sent when the issue at Svalbard is resolved.
