Details/Specifics of Change: Guam 4 LEO Ground Station stopped sending alert data on October 12, 2023 at 0002 Z. The LUT vendor is working on repairing the issue.


Impact: Medium - Western Pacifica US AOR Distress detection/reporting may be delayed. LEOSAR distress alert detection/reporting may be delayed. GEOSAR and MEOSAR are operating nominally.
