Details/Specifics of Change: GOES-16 ABI L1b All Bands and derived products Full Disk, MESO 2 delivered to AWIPS, GRB, PDA. Degradation of the 0500Z Full Disk of Bands 2, 9, 10, and 15. Degradation of the 0510Z Full Disk of Bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 12 and 14. Outage (images were all fill) of the 0512Z-0523Z MESO-2 images of Bands 1-6, 11, 12 and 13. All occurrences of degradation and outages were due to an anomaly. KPPs and derived products were impacted.
