The SEM instrument will be placed into Maneuver Mode at 07:44 UTC on Nov 1, 2023 and returned
back to its Normal Operating Mode at 13:32 UTC that same day.
The GOME instrument timeline ends and the mirror is parked before the burn at 11:04 UTC on Nov 1,
2023. The GOME timeline is reactivated at 12:46 UTC that same day.
Data from the outage period will not be recovered nor distributed.
