Details/Specifics of Change: Since last week, we have been experiencing intermittent delays ingesting data products within the NOAA/AWS Cloud

environment. During delay episodes, all data appears to be slower than usual. Applications with highest volumes – JPSS, Himawari, PDA, and GeoCloud – are
affected worse. Technicians are investigating the issue. This will in turn cause delays on all products that rely on this data.
