Details/Specifics of Change: ESPC did not receive DMSP SSMI/S F-18 Rev. 788462 from FNMOC/ Monterey after a reship was requested, therefore the data is considered lost. However F-17 Rev. 88462 MM was received, which is a subset of the larger sector.
