Details/Specifics of Change: A SARP anomaly occurred on S13 where the data memory was locked up and not reporting new data.  EUMETSAT commanded the SARP reset at 1538 UTC. The French MCC will distribute a new TCAL for S13 around 2130 UTC today.

 

Impact: Medium-Loss of Storage/forward capability. Satellite is limited to real-time/local distress detection and relay. Timeliness of global coverage detection and relay affected.
