Update #2: DCS dataflow only went out in OPS PDA. The outage was related to updates being made to the DADDS services to OPS PDA. Wallops tried rebooting the system 3 times, and after the 3rd time, they were able to get data flowing again.
The actual outage times are 21:16:45Z-21:25:17Z (8 mins., 32 secs.) and 21:25:17Z-21:52:41Z (27 mins., 24 secs.), after one file managed got through at 21:25:17Z.
Update #1: DCS Data has returned and is now receiving data delivered to PDA in Ops and Broadcast on HRIT
