Details/Specifics of Change: Guam 3 LEO Ground Station is not sending the expected number of  solutions. The maintenance vendor has determined that the antena will need to be replaced. 


Impact: Minor-Dual satellite tracking capability is lost. Distress alert detection/reporting timeliness affected.
