Details/Specifics of Change:


The SNPP/N20/N21 OMPS Nadir Profiler (NP) EDR (w/ BUFR), SNPP/N20 Advanced Clear Sky Processor for Ocean (ACSPO) Sea Surface Temperature (SST) (w/ BUFR), MetOp-B/C ACSPO SST, Advanced Dvorak Technique (ADT) and Himawari-9 Rainfall Rate products are being migrated from on-prem systems to NCCF. The existing Blended Global Biomass Burning Emissions Product (GBBEPx) and blended Regional ABI and VIIRS fire Emissions (RAVE) products will be upgraded operationally. The test products are available on PDA I&T now. Users can start subscribing to these data products from PDA I&T. The test data product short names are appended with “_TEST”.


The existing GBBEPx, RAVE and MetOp-B/C ACSPO SST will be promoted to the NCCF PROD environment and released operationally from PDA OPS on March 21, 2024. All of the remaining new products will be released from PDA OPS on March 27, 2024



SNPP/N20/N21 OMPS SDR will pass through NCCF to PDA.
