Details/Specifics of Change: ESPC did not receive the last three F-16 Rev. 05136, Rev 05137 and Rev 05138 DMSP SSMI/S data  after requesting reship from FNMOC/Monterey.  They report receiving bad data output for F-16 DMSP SSMI/S data and the problem is being investigated.
