Update #4: This is a reminder: The updates for existing MetOp-B/C ACSPO SST products will be promoted to the NCCF PROD environment and released operationally from PDA OPS today, March 21, 2024. All of the remaining new products will be released from PDA OPS on March 27, 2024.

Date/Time of Initial Impact: March 27, 2024, 1700 UTC Date/Time of Expected End: March 27, 2024, 1800 UTC Length of Outage: one hour Details/Specifics of Change: The SNPP/N20/N21 OMPS Nadir Profiler (NP) EDR (w/ BUFR), SNPP/N20 Advanced Clear Sky Processor for Ocean (ACSPO) Sea Surface Temperature (SST) (w/ BUFR), MetOp-B/C ACSPO SST, Advanced Dvorak Technique (ADT), Himawari-9 Rainfall Rate and N21 HEAP Outgoing Longwave Radiation (OLR) products are being migrated from on-prem systems to NCCF. The existing Blended Global Biomass Burning Emissions Product (GBBEPx) and blended Regional ABI and VIIRS fire Emissions (RAVE) products will be upgraded operationally. The test products are available on PDA I&T now. Users can start subscribing to these data products from PDA I&T. The test data product short names are appended with “_TEST”. The existing GBBEPx, RAVE and MetOp-B/C ACSPO SST will be promoted to the NCCF PROD environment and released operationally from PDA OPS on March 21, 2024. All of the remaining new products will be released from PDA OPS on March 27, 2024. SNPP/N20/N21 OMPS SDR will pass through NCCF to PDA.
