Details/Specifics of Change: On October 30, 2024 at 17:50:00Z, 

NOAA-21 will perform a 94.15 second propulsive Inclination Adjustment Maneuver (IAM)

to maintain Mean Local Time of the Ascending Node while controlling the Repeating Ground Track box.

The following observatory systems will be affected on October 30, 2024:

17:29:45Z – 18:00:25Z  OMPS in Decon mode, Science data will not be available

17:39:46Z – 18:07:23Z  HRD will be off, data for direct broadcast users will be unavailable

17:39:53Z – 18:02:23Z  NOAA-21 pointing off-nadir, collected data during that time period may 

be impacted and not disseminated
