Details/Specifics of change: On May 7, 2025, NOAA-21 will perform a spacecraft attitude maneuver for the VIIRS Lunar Calibration, with a roll of -3.89 degrees centered at 21:23:47Z. Science data may be impacted while the spacecraft is pointing off-nadir during the attitude maneuver.  The timeline of events for this maneuver are provided below.

The following observatory systems will be affected on 2025 May 7:
21:18:45Z – 21:30:47Z HRD will be off, data for direct broadcast users will be unavailable
21:18:15Z – 21:31:18Z VIIRS encoder offset and gain will be set for Moon observation
21:18:47Z – 21:30:47Z NOAA-21 will be pointing off-nadir, collected data may be impacted and not disseminated
