Update #1 Final Update: The USMCC rebooted the SAR-MeoSched server, and the LUT vendor rebooted the LUT. After both reboots, the LUT began following the schedule and transmitting pass solution data. The USMCC and the LUT vendor will continue to investigate the underlying cause.
