Update #2: The upstream network issue has been identified and the Network Engineers have implemented a temporary workaround

and we are now transferring files to the DoD partners (FNMOC, NAVY NAVO, AFWA). The PDA queues look good and  PDA processing is nominal.

 

Update #1: The upstream network issue has been identified and the Network Engineers are implementing a temporary workaround that will be implemented until a permanent solution is in place. The temporary workaround is estimated to be implemented by ~2200Z.
