Update #3: PDA has lost connectivity to our DoD partners again at ~2330Z. Per the 557th SDO a fiber cut between the 557th and DISA is responsible. PDA has turned off the Delivery Destinations for the 557th, Navy NAVO, and FNMOC at ~0230Z. The 557th ticket number is SDO6219. The 557th Help Desk will call the ESPC Help Desk when the problem is resolved and the ESPC Help Desk will call the PDA Analyst on call to turn on the Delivery Destinations. The repair will take at least 6 hours.

 

Update #2: The upstream network issue has been identified and the Network Engineers have implemented a temporary workaround

and we are now transferring files to the DoD partners (FNMOC, NAVY NAVO, AFWA). The PDA queues look good and  PDA processing is nominal.
