Update #1: ESPC reports Center Point change to 32.9N/58.6W starting September 23, 2025 at 0300Z. There will also be a 24 hour extension of the MDS Meso 2 now scheduled to end September 24, 2025 at 0300Z for a  length of 48 hours.  All other information is still valid.
