Update #1 - Final Update –  The LUT vendor confirmed pass solution data was being received, indicating the LUT remained operational. However, the USMCC system was not receiving the pass solution data. Restarting the CommRelay on LuFtp1 and the Comm Process on Proc1 restored data flow from LME to the USMCC

Impact: Minor - Distress alert detection/reporting may be delayed.
