Details/Specifics: WCDAS Rev 48138, 1542Z considered "FAILED" due to a lack of telemetry and the inability to command throughout the entire support period. The support was on antenna A, which was not working. After troubleshooting, Wallops switched to antenna B, which also failed to establish a connection.
