Update #7: FL4 experienced a communication issue between the processing service and the SDR. Vendor restarted the SDR and adjusted a setting on the processing service to resolve issue. Vendor is investigating root cause.

Update #6: The USMCC stopped receiving data from Florida 4 LEO LUT. The vendor has been notified and is currently investigating.

Update #5: Issue for FL3 was a stuck service on the processor. As the service was stuck and didnt fail the watch dog did not kick in to restart the service. The vendor is looking into root cause.

Update #4: The USMCC stopped receiving data from Florida 3 LEO LUT. The vendor has been notified and is currently investigating.

Update #3: Upon gaining power and communication to the site, the vendor dispatched local support to verify proper system operation. During the initial inspection, FL3 was found to be non-operational. The vendor began troubleshooting the antenna and determined it was not tracking, despite the Pedestal Control Unit (PCU) displaying indications of normal operation. The vendor also verified the fiber communications between the antenna and the Local Terminal and confirmed that the fiber connection and communications were operating properly.

The vendor and local support then coordinated with a SeaTel Antenna SME for additional troubleshooting assistance. Through further diagnostics, the SME determined that the PCU was not functioning properly, despite displaying the expected operational indicators. Local support replaced the PCU and subsequently identified an additional fault with the antenna motor controller. After replacing the motor controller, the antenna resumed normal operation.
The vendor has since verified that the antenna is operating nominally.

Update #2: Once communications and power were restored to the site, Florida 4 LEO LUT came back online. The vendor has verified that the system is operating normally.

Update #1: Circuit is now back up; the vendor checked the site after it went down. Due to weather in the area, 5 out of the 8 co-located antennas are not operating properly. Vendor is replacing the broken parts.
