Remarks:
A possible oil slick was observed in satellite imagery. The slick appeared
to originate from the location of a ship wreck which is now known as a
repeat leak source. The anomaly extends approximately 2.2 nm southwest
from the platform. The slick is about .35 nm wide. The anomaly shows a
dark appearance against the ocean background.

Uncertainties:
Since the anomaly seems to originate from a new repeat leak source, there
is no uncertainty.
