Remarks:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery in North Atlantic 6627.
This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly emanates from a known
repeat leak source, the sunken tanker Coimbra. The well contrasted anomaly
extends about 1 NM to the NNW of the source and aligns well with the winds
out the the SSE. Given the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this
assessment.

Uncertainties:
There are no uncertainties.
