Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed 
as oil. The anomaly is emanating from the Destroyed Taylor Platform, a 
known leak source. It stretches W for about 1.75 NM then S another 1.75 
NM from the source. Confidence is HIGH given that this is a known repeat 
leak source.
