Remarks:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed
as oil. The possible slick possessed a blob like shape that covered most
of a 2.5nmi by 2.5nmi area. It stood out from its surrounding and had
well defined edges. The color appeared white and shimmery in sunglint,
indicative of oil, but had no discernible point source. Winds near the
time of the image were from the northwest at 10-15kts.

Uncertainties:
The origin of the anomaly.
