Remarks:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed 
as oil. The anomaly extended almost 21nmi SSE from the destroyed Taylor 
platform with an avergae width of 0.6nmi. It clearly stood out from the 
ocean background and had bright white and shimmery embedded patches. Winds 
near the time of the image were from the northwest at 15-20kts, consistent 
with the orientation of the slick.
