Remarks:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery emanating from the Coimbra
Tanker Shipwreck. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The feature extended
west from the source, did a complete loop and continued to extend in the
west direction. It measured a total length of 17nmi with an average width
of 0.15nmi and appeared unnatural compared to its surroundings. Winds
were from the East at 10kts, which is consistent with the orientation
of the anomaly.

Uncertainties:
No uncertainties as this is a repeat leak source.
