This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The feature extended west from the source, did a complete loop and continued to extend in the west direction. It measured a total length of 17nmi with an average width of 0.15nmi and appeared unnatural compared to its surroundings. Winds were from the East at 10kts, which is consistent with the orientation of the anomaly. UNCERTAINTIES: No uncertainties as this is a repeat leak source.
