Confidence: Medium
Issue Date: 05-10-2018

Remarks:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed
as oil. The anomaly had very good contrast relative to its background,
had numerous distinct turns and measured 9 NM by 7.5 NM. There did not
appear to be a point source. Winds were out of the E at 10 KT at the time
of the image. Given the above factors we have MEDIUM confidence in this
assessment.

Uncertainties:
There is a possibility that this anomaly could be biogenic matter.
