**Please be advised that this report was generated from imagery captured 
on the previous day.** Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery.
 This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was located 117 nm SW 
of New Orleans, LA. It measured 1.6 nm SN in length and 0.15 in width.
 Winds were roughly 10-15 kts from NE. The anomaly had a silver and rainbow 
shimmer and exhibited feathering on both sides. It was distinguishable 
from any natural phenomena in its surrounding area.

Uncertainties:
The anomaly may be associated with NRC #1212793. The NRC provided a location 
of an oil facility possibly associated with this anomaly.
