Remarks:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed 
as oil. The 6 NM long by 0.3 NM wide anomaly is faint relative to its 
background due to the relatively strong winds of 20-25 KT out of the NE.
 However, given that the anomaly did align very well with the winds and 
emanated from a known repeat leak source, the destroyed Taylor Platform,
 we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.
