Remarks:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed
as oil. The leading end of the segmented anomaly was attached to an object
believed to be a ship that appeared to be traveling in the direction of
San Juan, PR. The linear anomaly spanned a length of 34.4 nm, had a moderate
contrast to the surroundings in portions and a diffuse contrast in others.
Winds were from the ESE at 10-15 kts at the time of the image.

Uncertainties:
Confidence that the anomaly is oil is only Medium given that it both lacked
a strong contrast to its surroundings and the trailing sections did not
widen with distance.
