This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The leading end of the segmented anomaly was attached to an object believed to be a ship that appeared to be traveling in the direction of San Juan, PR. The linear anomaly spanned a length of 34.4 nm, had a moderate contrast to the surroundings in portions and a diffuse contrast in others. Winds were from the ESE at 10-15 kts at the time of the image. UNCERTAINTIES: Confidence that the anomaly is oil is only Medium given that it both lacked a strong contrast to its surroundings and the trailing sections did not widen with distance.
